MACH MDS 700-4T and MDS 900-4T milling machines are innovative. Some may even say unique! These CNC/manual knee mills driven by, the now legendary, 3-Axis (4-Axis option) DynaPath WinDelta control and Yaskawa drives feature integrated, high-efficiency 4-tool position ATCs, positioned around the machines’ spindles - increasing their performance, productivity and appeal.
The machines are equipped with directly-driven X-, Y-, and Z-Axes and direct-drive BT 40 spindles (5,000rpm) and can be used in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic modes and are ideal for toolrooms and machine shops.
Dynapath WinDelta control
The MDS 700-4T and MDS 900-4T machines are equipped with the DynaPath WinDelta control system, with its 12.1” LCD touchscreen user interface. The control is capable of accepting multiple programme formats via its inbuilt USB, ethernet or wireless interfaces. It can be programmed conversationally, via DXF, in ISO/EIA G-Code formats and has an in-built DFX program editor, making the control capable
of accepting and editing programmes in any machine format.
The control boasts a huge 8GB of memory, and 1000 block look ahead capability enabling fast and smooth 3D contouring.
MACH’s DynaPath controlled machines are supplied with the legendary WiFi remote 24/7 service support structure that delivers real time assistance and guaranteed peace of mind.
