• High-quality honeycomb-design ribbed cast iron column provides excellent vibration absorption and damping facilitating both high precision and heavy duty grinding operations.
• Vertical in-feed of 0.001mm optimises control and precision. Cross-feed ball screw driven by a brushless DC motor with two speed rates makes the machines suitable for rough grinding and finish grinding, thereby increasing their versatility and value.
• The saddle and table rest on precision hand-scraped V and flat ways which are coated with “TURCITE-B”. Guide-ways are equipped with an automatic programmable lubrication feature that provides smooth and stable movement, process reliability and long lasting precision
